For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the bv7777 website accessible at bv7777.pro, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, associated gaming software, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the bv7777 Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is accessing its services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their bv7777 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), and available for wagering or withdrawal.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. To register and maintain an Account on the bv7777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you access the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person (corporate entities and artificial legal persons are not eligible to register as Players).
3. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using bv7777 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bv7777 Platform for any reason, including fraud, abuse of promotional offers, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

bv7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage of the Player lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to produce satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bv7777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bv7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You must notify bv7777 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bv7777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

bv7777 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time during the Account lifecycle. This may include requesting updated KYC documents, conducting liveness checks, or verifying the source of deposited funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued Platform access.

All Account balances on bv7777 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv7777 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. bv7777 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bv7777 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• All bets are accepted at bv7777's absolute discretion. bv7777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without explanation.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed constitute the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a Sporting Event being abandoned, postponed, or materially altered, bv7777's event-specific rules will apply to determine settlement. In the absence of specific rules, all bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• bv7777 reserves the right to correct palpable errors in odds, including odds that were set incorrectly due to a technical or human error. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be settled at the corrected price or voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are set at bv7777's discretion. Players may not circumvent these limits by placing multiple bets with equivalent combined exposure.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules regarding connection delays and bet acceptance cutoffs, as detailed within each live market.

• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bv7777 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the bv7777 Platform, including but not limited to: the bv7777 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, game graphics, text, data, and any other proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bv7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from bv7777.

bv7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

bv7777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for the operation of the Platform (e.g., with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game content suppliers) or where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

bv7777 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. bv7777 will endeavour to minimise disruption and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

bv7777 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should remain an enjoyable leisure activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge, activated immediately upon request via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account.

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement.

• A Player's Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
• A Player's continued use of the Platform poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to bv7777.

In cases of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, bv7777 reserves the right to withhold any or all Account balances pending investigation, and in cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, to forfeit all such balances.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv7777 is registered and operates under its international gaming authorisation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility as a Player to ensure that your access to and use of the bv7777 Platform complies with all laws applicable in your own jurisdiction. bv7777 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful or available in all countries or territories. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and entirely at your own legal liability.

bv7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, bv7777 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued access to or use of the bv7777 Platform after any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
